I just wanted to take the time to shout out one of your employees who really just went above and beyond for me. Her name ... is Solimar Perez. In the beginning when I first applied to move in, she took her time explaining everything I needed to know about moving in, she explained the application process, and she was just so fun to talk to; and anytime I call to ask she’s always the one who answers, and she’s just so patient and kind to me. Recently, I had a few things that needed to be looked at in my apartment. I hear a knock on my door and am warmfully welcomed ... by Victor the maintenance guy. He was professional and personal and made sure to find everything that was not right with the apartment, including things that were not listed on the sheet that was filled out. The apartment complex can use some upgrades. However, the office staff does a great job. Especially Adam Smith. He is professionally, ... personable, and very concerned that your stay is as good as possible. Last year I gave him a list of issues with my sons apartment and he had them all taken care of promptly. He is an asset to University Park Apartments and I hope they keep him as an employee.
