Maintenance issues are handled in a quick and timely manner, generally within 24-72 hours, unless it's an emergency then it is handled right away.

You do not need to be preset at the time the maintenance technician shows up.

During business hours we just need to see an ID to send a tecnician to unlock the door, but afterhours you will need to contact a locksmith.

We have ample parking for residents and guests.

We are very pet friendly, but of course we do have certain bred restrictions.

Our pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $150 for the second and it is $35 per pet per month.

We have no weight restrictons but we do have a list of breed restrictions.

You pay for Propane, water, and sewer

You set up accounts with Duke, Spectrum, and AmeriGas

No guest can stay more then 14 consecutive days and must be with the resident when using the amenities

We do not offer price reductions for longer lease terms as we only go up to 12 months and we do not allow rent to be paid that far in advance

The lease has 2 choices, Option 1 requires a fee that is equivalent to 2x's the monthly rent, or Option 2 is you have no fee but are rent responsible until someone else move in.
